Recently the kids have been showing more and more interest in our big cameras, rather than their tiny piece of crap camera that takes blurry pictures.
So, in an effort to give 'em a taste our work, we let them completely control a shoot with us as the subjects, them as the photographers. It was HILARIO. We let them choose our outfits (we assumed they'd end up much more wild than they did), choose the backdrop, and tell us exactly what to do.
They were extremely precise with our posing. And had some interesting ideas. Their laughter let us know they were having a really, really good time.
Best part of this for me was realizing how much they soak in when they watch us do shoots. They totally gave us the Blue Lily treatment.
We'll definitely be doing this again!
PS: Tyler is selling his 1.5 year old 50mm 1.2 lens for Canon. It has a teenie chip in the front, take a look at the pic below... otherwise is in perfect condition. $1250. UPDATE: SOLD
