Los locos en el aeropuerto

It's 2:30 am and Tyler and I are spending the night in the airport in Las Vegas.  After a nice few days in Maui, we are now going through something a tad disturbing. The crazy people. They love us. And won't stop talking to us.

At first, it was the man who was concerned that my laptop charger cord would trip him. Mind you, he was in a wheelchair and, yes, not walking. Impossible to trip, right?  That's what I thought. He finally left after a long diatribe about the dangers of cords in his way.

Now it's the lady who insists that I know she's not really crazy.  "I'm not insane!" she says, as she pulls out 70,000 plastic grocery bags full of trash and rubbish, candy and other small trinkets.  "I'm looking for my CELL PHONE CORD".  This lady is also in posession of a wheelchair, but she's not using it for anything other than a place to store her plastic bags.

But, surrounded by crazy people, I begin to think. It is 2:30 and I DID choose to sleep in an airport just to avoid paying for a hotel for the 5.5 hours we're laid over in Vegas. Who's crazy now?

Just WAIT until the next post where I tell ya where we slept in Maui. Intruiged? You should be.
