Day two of spending more than 1 minute in the kitchen.
Breakfast is my favorite meal besides dessert. I love all kinds of breakfast, even the gross stuff like oatmeal. Tyler and I ate at the Corner Bakery last weekend TWICE. Both times we got their Berry Swiss Oatmeal, which is soooooo delicious. They serve it chilled, instead of piping hot- which you may think is revolting but really, it's heavenly.
So I set out to make my own version. It was tasty indeed, I give it an 8.5 out of 10. The Corner Bakery's version gets a 12 out of 10. IT IS THAT GOOD.
My niece Averie was more than happy to try it out for me. I had to rip the bowl from her hands so I could have some. Learn how to share, Averie! It's not like you're two! Wait. You are two.
