I bet you are all dying to know who the winner of the apron was. You probably can't think straight because you want to know so bad. Neglecting the housework, laying about in agony, just not knowing. Let's ease your wondering mind right NOW!
The winner of the colorful Anthropologie Apron is:
AMY!!! who commented:
"You have to have to have to read "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time". I acutally picked it up in the SLC airport on a recent trip this summer. If you like quirky books I definitely suggest this one to you! Reading my suggested book= happiness for you! Picking my suggested book= apron heaven for me!"
Amy, darling! Drop me an email and I'll get it shipped out to you. And thanks for all the book suggestions! The internet now has a great book list to refer to right here on my blog. I didn't have time to read one but I did anyway. Is that confusing? I sneaked a book into bed with me one night. I shouldn't have. It was late. Jana lent me "Hunger Games" and yes, it's good.
How is my trip to Utah going, you ask? I should have pitched a tent at the Orchards. I feel like I've been living there this week! I have met 25 familes so far on my stay in Utah. I have LOVED every one of them and have been impressed with all their children. You know, getting your family pictures done can be hard- I really try to make it easy and fun. Which is why, today, if you peeked in on one of my sessions, you would have seen me acting like a dog and licking a wagon.
I do what I gotta do.
I wanted to share these images from the orchard a few days ago. I am so in love with these- the colors, the expressions, the sense of unity. So look below for your fix of apple orchard.
So far on this trip, the children and I have endured much of the stomach flu, bad head colds, other diseases with side effects inappropriate to discuss here, and lack of sleep. It's been a wild ride and we still have a half week to go. Sometimes the universe likes to take a laugh at you while you figure out how to juggle illness and business. I just try to laugh along with it. With minimal breakdowns. :)
Have a great Sunday everyone. Thanks for checking in!
Stay tuned for some updated and VERY AWESOME pictures of Stephanie and Christian Nielson's children: Claire, Jane, Ollie and Nicholas!
